The Orange County Bar Association is dedicated to meeting the legal needs of low-income residents, the working poor, children, and disadvantaged groups with special needs in our community through its support of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc. The Legal Aid Society was established by OCBA leadership in the 1960s to fulfill the bar’s strongly held value of ensuring access to justice for all. The needs were – and continue to be – multiple and widespread.
